Purchased my vehicle new from dealer 40 miles from home, original preferred dealer closed . Choose Tulley due to location (15mi.) and positive feedback from my son who had service performed on his vehicle. First time at this dealer so it was a little confusing on where to go but I figured it out was pointed to waiting area and ultimately had to ask were to pay bill and retrieve keys. Suggest that for first time visit some direction on where/how to bring vehicle in for service also an escort to waiting area and pointing out. rest rooms, payment area etc.. ...

After going in to buy a vehicle, I found out that GMC had been on strike for 2 months. That made me finding my perfect vehicle that much harder to locate. They were up for the challenge. They found my vehicle in NY. They worked out a trade so they could the vehicle to me. As soon as it got there I bought it. I have only had t for 1 1/2 weeks and loving it.

I have been doing business with Tulley's for over 20 years. If they do not have the vehicle I am looking for on the lot, they search for me until they find it. Tulley's offer a little more than the other dealers for my trade. The pre purchased vehicles were always ready for me to road test .( safe and with fuel) not needing a jump start or a tire pump on Empty.

Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. I have no complaints with the dealer or the service they provided. However, I am quite annoyed with this survey process. It is cumbersome and I do not see how it adds value to the dealer in any way. So, contrary to my first sentence in this review...I do have a complaint with this dealer, and that is that they have asked my to participate in this seemingly useless survey. I hope I have conquered the 50 word review minimum this time, and it will not bounce back to me again. Never again for me.
The best dealership i have ever done business with since owning cars. They are helpful , informative, and are ooking out for their customers interests instead of the dealership's bottom line. That is what keeps me coming back because they are so good in treating you like they would like to be treated if they were the customer. I have never had a problem with servicing and or purchasing my vehicle.
Brand new vehicle had an area of haze in the clearcoat. It was repaired quickly (under an hour while I waited) and perfectly.

Our experience at Tulley was 5 stars from the moment we arrived in search of a replacement for our 2015 Acadia. We were given time to walk around the parking lot to look at 2018 Terrains and compare window stickers before Dave Penney, our salesperson, came out to greet us. Just a note. I bought a 2017Buick Regal. I love the car, but the seats are very uncomfortable... too firm and not much lumbar support. One of the reasons I bought another Buick was Tulleys customer seavice.
