Mazda Tops Its European Market

When you think about Mazda vehicles, like the all new MAZDA2, you probably don't have Scotland on your mind. People would be more likely to envision Tulley Mazda located at 147 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, where they can go for a test drive in New Hampshire.

However, where highland mountains and bagpipes are key features of the landscape, Mazda has made its mark.

Last year, the first Scottish Mazda dealer opened in Edinburgh, near Murrayfield International Rugby Stadium. Dealer group Eastern Western spent 10 years trying to get Mazda going in their homeland. Eastern Western's location is now one of the top three Mazda dealers in the United Kingdom. Prospects are looking up even more:

"One trend we have identified is that Mazda customers are very loyal and were absolutely delighted to have a new Mazda outlet in such a prime spot," stated Mazda's Dealer Principal John La Trobe.

"Mazda UK is also a great company to work with - always ready to listen and provide help when they can. Now with the upgraded Mazda3 on the way and then a whole new range of SKYACTIV models starting with MAZDA CX5 in the spring. I really think our second year as a Mazda dealer will be exciting and see us continue to grow and develop this new business."1
